Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

International Shipping: For bulk orders shipped to Canada please CONTACT US. No other international shipping options are available.

Shipping Cost: USPS Ground is used for shipping from Loudon, NH to your address. 

Shipping Time: Orders normally arrive in 2 - 5 days depending on when the order is placed and where the order is going.

Large Orders: When ordering quantities over 10 please CONTACT US for a discounted rate.

Local Pickup: Large or heavy items will be available by local pickup only. 

Returns, Changes and Cancellations: If an item needs to be returned please CONTACT US to start the return process. We will provide you with return instructions and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please see our REFUND POLICY for more details on returning items. We will notify you by email of any changes or cancellations to an order.

Service Interruptions: If we are faced with a supply chain interruption and we are not able to fulfill your order we will make every effort resolve the issue up to and including a refund for the unavailable item(s) to include the amount paid for shipping.
