This IBC Tank adapter features a 2 inch, female, coarse thread that converts to a garden hose fitting. The heavy duty threaded fitting easily connects to the coarse threaded valve outlet on some IBC Tote containers. It is made with a large rubber gasket seal to ensure a leak-proof connection. It is also able to withstand harsh chemicals and acidic water better than brass.
This fitting will not thread onto an IBC Tote outlet with a large concave grove. Tote outlets with a large concave grove will require a Camlock style adapter.
