This IBC Tank adapter features a 2 inch, female, fine, National Pipe Thread that converts to a 1 inch hose barb. The heavy duty threaded fitting easily connects to the fine threaded valve outlet on some IBC Tote containers. The large rubber seal and tapered threads of this NPT adapter will ensure a leak-proof connection.The hose barb fitting can be used to connect a black water pipe, clear PVC hose or other similar products.
This fitting will not thread onto an IBC Tote outlet with a large concave grove. Tote outlets with a large concave grove will require a Camlock style adapter.
